Born and raised in Monroe, LA; I have spent my entire life in the Monroe area and surrounding communities! I am a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School - Class of 2004 and have a bachelors degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in the College of Business - Marketing - class of 2008. While at ULM, I was fortunate enough to play baseball for the Warhawks.

I am married to Kelli Eldridge Manley from Delhi, LA and we have 3 beautiful children: Kinsley Elizabeth, Joanna Grace & John Mark.

Current Member of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce & Richland Parish Chamber of Commerce.

Industry achievements include: 10 year Ambassador Club Qualifier; 6 year Chairman Circle qualifier; & Senior Vice Presidents Club.

I am a member of North Monroe Baptist Church where I serve in the High School Students Ministry; as well as deacon, Finance Committee and active in our Retreat Ministry. Kelli & I also volunteer with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) with our local organization.
